Hello my dear friends,

on Saturday it is ready. The little-aid-operation 2011 (the 3rd part) starts. We, that is this year, Steffi, Endru, Greg and me. Thanks to your confidence and consistently great activities, ranging from setting up a collection box, an old-clothes-basar, a poker-tournament, a benefits-racetaxi-day, a birthday party for the benefit of poor people, the abandonment of Christmas eating baskets, to your donations and of course the membership fees , has our little-aid again increased.

The final score today, two days before we left for Cambodia, can be proud of. We take four pairs of crutches, four wheelchairs and at least $ 14.000,- . As a reminder, KHA 2009: $ 3,200 – and KHA 2010: $ 10.100, -. We also count since May 2010 after all 62 members!

We have already ordered 15 Bio-sand-filters and 15 4,000-liter-jars, we will build at least three deep wells and ensure that 60 destitute children can go to school to escape the vicious circle of total poverty at last. Of course, we will visit our “old” projects and than inform you about the development, possibly even more support. We will take the former blind old man as well as the many orphans that pass through your aid independent living and provide for themselves without our help. We bring eight severely disabled people with wheelchairs and crutches to mobility and ensure the planned 3 deep wells at least 300 people the much needed clean drinking water. How many lives by your saves, you can calculate your own, usually die every second Child, before it may be 5 years old, on a diarrheal disease due to missing or contaminated water.

Therefore, our focus 2011 “clean water” will be.

So, there is still much to do before leaving. We will get back to you after our return in late February and wish you all the best. We will try again this year, take all decisions on the spot by proxy for you and we take of course our own cost.

Take care of yourselves, your families and your healthy.

Roland Debschütz, Gregor Schneider, Steffi und Endru Tedjasukmana

P.S. Oh yes, thank you Kerstin for your support, without you there would be no little-aid .
